It’s a heating herb, dry, with sharp flavor and bitter. Its smell is strong.

It acts as antiseptic, antispasmodic, aromatic, styptic, cardiac, cholagogue, diaphoretic, tonic, stimulant and stomach relieving.
It is especially used as memory stimulant for people who feel down and mentally tired or nervous.
Rosemary is stimulant of the circulatory system andthe nerves. It exerts a tonic and sedative action on the peptic system and for this reason, it is helpful when there is psychological pressure.
